3.1. The judging process and decisions made by the panel of judges are final and binding. Participants acknowledge and accept that the judges’ decisions regarding scoring, selection of winners and any related matters are at their sole discretion.
3.2. The organisers are not liable for any disagreement, dispute or dissatisfaction arising from the judging process or the decisions made by the panel of judges.
4. Liability:
4.1. Participation in Various Events, Contests, Award Shows, Beauty Pageant, Talent Competition, etc., (paid or unpaid) is voluntary and participants assume all risks associated with their involvement. The organisers, sponsors, partners, associates and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages or claims arising from or in connection with the event/competition.
4.2. Participants are responsible for their own actions, conduct, and behaviour during the competition. The organisers are not responsible for any harm, offense or disputes caused by the actions or behaviour of participants or attendees.
5. Intellectual Property:
5.1. Participants/Brand Ambassadors/Faces/Guest Appearance Celebrities/Contractual Celebrities/Attendees who are part of any of our Events/Shows/Contests grant the organisers the right to use their names, photographs, videos and other media content for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes for all Current & Future Events & the same are the property of the Organisers.
