THE HALL of FAME AWARDS – Terms & Conditions
- Each applicant would be required to fill in a Self-Nomination form and send it to us by 10thNOVEMBER, 2025
- Only Companies, Firms or Businesses registered and based in India can apply & For Individuals – He/She should be a Citizen of India.
- Organisation / Individual from any sector can apply. Each applicant can apply for one or multiple categories.
- Self- nomination forms should be sent along with the prescribed fee to Pan India Group Pvt Ltd. The nominees in each category will be presented to the final jury for determination of winners.
- Information received will be treated confidential and not used for any purpose except for determining the winner of the awards.
- Incomplete Form Submission in any manner will disqualify a participant from participating in the awards
- Right to permit participation is reserved with the Awards management
- The Nomination / Registration Fee is for the Hospitality, Licensing & Promotional Charges
- Under no circumstances the nomination fee will be refunded.
*Guest Substitutions and Cancellations*
Substitutions are acceptable at any time, at no extra charge but must be sent in advance in writing (via mail from registered id) to gb@panindiagroups.com
Programme Alterations
Pan India Group Pvt Ltd reserves the right to alter the content and timing of the event, the identity of the presenters, Celeb Faces, location and/or the venue. Pan India Group Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of alterations to the programme.
In case of Cancellation of event, you will be entitled to receive a full
Refund in respect of the dinner, hospitality & licensing fee unless force majeure applies.

Should we be unable to perform any obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to causes or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue, we will not be liable to you for any losses or claims arising from this.
In the event that you are unable to attend the awards ceremony due to causes or circumstances beyond your reasonable control, but the event remains unaffected, Services for Pan India Group Pvt Ltd will not be liable to pay for any cost. These circumstances include but are not limited to any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, flood, drought or strike.
